His foundational training in Information Technology was acquired at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad, where he completed his Bachelor of Technology.

Professionally, Nitin started his journey as a proprietor, launching Rishikon Solutions from a small home office and scaling it into a thriving business with a team of over 50, achieving top-tier affiliate status on Clickbank.com. His entrepreneurial spirit flourished further when he founded 247 Experts Pvt Ltd, transforming it from a modest team of six to a powerhouse of over hundred professionals and pioneering industry standard KPIs.
